We specialize in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, which consists of two events: the snatch and the clean & jerk. Both require lifting a barbell overhead with speed, strength, flexibility, and power. Weightlifters also compete within weight classes so we stress proper nutrition, the essential element of any fitness program.
